Manual Therapy and Joint / Soft Tissue Mobilization:
This is a hands-on treatment method used to manage musculoskeletal pain and decrease joint stiffness. It involves the physical therapist using their hands to apply pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints. This can help reduce pain, increase range of motion, and induce relaxation.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM):
IASTM is a technique that uses specially designed instruments to provide a mobilizing effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions. This can result in improved range of motion, pain reduction, and improved functional outcomes.
Dry Needling:
Dry needling is a technique physical therapists use to treat myofascial pain. The technique uses a “dry” needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle, known as trigger points.
Spinal Manipulation:
This is a technique where physical therapists apply a thrust to a specific joint in the spine. It can help relieve pain, improve physical functioning, and restore the body’s structural integrity.
Exercise Prescription and Programming:
This involves the design and implementation of a personalized workout routine based on an individual’s specific goals, fitness level, and medical history. It can help improve physical function, manage chronic health conditions, and promote overall wellness.
Strength Training:
Strength training is a type of physical exercise that uses resistance to induce muscular contraction, which builds strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. It can help improve muscle strength, bone density, and metabolic rate.
Nutrition / Wellness Coaching:
This service provides guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote optimal health. It can include diet planning, weight management strategies, and education on nutrition and wellness.
Our Mission
We serve people who value their time and health. People dealing with pain or physical limitations who are trying to manage it on their own or hoping it will just go away without success. People frustrated that they are not able to enjoy their life, their loved ones, or their favorite activities anymore at their full potential. They realize the need for someone who cares about them to help, because they are not getting the results they want on their own. We give you the results you want by focusing on your movement health, quality and performance, meeting you exactly where you are, coming directly to you, and offering one-on-one individualized care.
